A 2-Hour Introduction to Tantra Workshop for Singles & Couples

Tantra is often misunderstood, but at its heart, it is a natural extension of yoga.

Where yoga helps us cultivate awareness, steadiness, and presence in the body, Tantra invites us to bring that same presence into our energy, emotions, creativity, and relationships. It is a path of integration — learning how to stay grounded, present and receptive – not just on the mat, but in everyday life.

This 2-hour introductory workshop is designed for both singles and couples who are curious about how embodied practices can support deeper connection with self and others, increased vitality, and more creative life force.

No prior Tantra experience is needed.

What You’ll Experience
This workshop blends Yogic and Tantric principles through accessible, grounded practices including:

  • Gentle movement and breathwork to awaken and circulate energy
  • Dynamic meditation practices to release tension and increase vitality
  • Somatic awareness exercises to deepen presence in the body
  • Partner and solo practices that cultivate connection, attunement, and trust
  • Practices that support creativity, emotional openness, and self-expression

For couples, these practices can strengthen intimacy, communication, and energetic connection.
For singles, they offer tools to build self-connection, confidence, and relational awareness that naturally carry into future relationships.

In this way, Tantra becomes a continuation of yoga — not a separate path, but a way of living the teachings beyond the mat.
