AcroYoga therapeutics : Flying into bliss (all levels) will cover both technical and non technical skills for practicing AcroYoga therapeutics. Technically we will cover the basing, flying, and spotting, of three postures, “folded leaf”, “water bed”, and “high flying whale”. Non technically we will exercise using non-harming language, practicing a consent driven process, communicating the real time needs and boundaries of each partner, and have a lot of fun in the process!
By the end of the workshop you will be able to practice these three skills and offer supplemental stretching from them. You will also have the tools to cultivate a safe mental, physical, and emotional container in which to practice.
