Join herbalist and reiki master, Whitney Artell for a reiki-infused monthly tea meditation, each month a new herb will be chosen that aligns with the themes of that New Moon.

This is a unique practice combining elements of plant spirit medicine, astrology, and reiki energy healing.  This guided meditation will introduce participants to the practice of feeling into their own energy to open up a deeper connection to the rhythms of the earth and the healing power of plants. Whitney will share information on the medicinal properties of the different plants and the energy of the new moon before leading the group through meditation with her mindfully curated home-made tea.  Bring a pen and paper to journal.
