Music is the Medicine: Vinyl Listening Sessions with Artagus Cortese

April 26, 2025
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Immerse yourself in a transformative experience with Music is the Medicine, a listening session hosted by Artagus Cortese in shefayoga Venice’s Salt Healing Room. These sessions will combine high-quality vinyl records, a calming atmosphere, and enlightening conversations about the music and its creators.

Each session will feature vinyl records played on premium sound equipment, with a duration of 45 minutes to 1 hour. To ensure comfort and mindfulness, we will include a brief intermission for stretching, light breathwork, and a relief break. Afterwards, you will engage in a guided discussion about the music, artists, and their individual creative processes.

Refreshments will be served at the end of each session in the lobby. We will be offering items that are to the taste of Artagus’ favorites to complement your experience.

What to Expect:

  • Interactive Music Exploration: Dive into the stories behind the music with details such as:
    • The artist’s hometown and when they started their musical journey.
