Join Nicolette in the salt room for a unique experience to harness the energy of the full moon. During this Full Moon Circle, we will explore the prominent themes at play, and work with various modalities to release and realign.

 

Through practices like reiki, breathwork, movement, meditation, and journaling, we’ll let go of what no longer serves us and create space, lightness, and freedom in the mind and body. You can expect to leave this experience feeling grounded, clear, energized, and open!
