Tantra is often misunderstood, but at its heart, it’s a path of deep presence, embodiment and awakening — one that beautifully complements and expands the Yogic journey. Yoga is the mug. Tantra is the matcha. In this experiential workshop, you’ll explore Tantra as a self-practice for cultivating intimacy, nervous system regulation and authentic connection — with yourself,  life and the present moment.

You’ll learn how these teachings can support not only your inner evolution but also your relationships by helping you show up with more presence, receptivity and truth.

Through somatic movement, guided meditation, partner work and philosophical inquiry rooted in classical Tantra, we’ll explore how to bring the essence of Yoga off the mat and into everyday life. This practice isn’t about performance or perfection but rather learning to feel, to listen, and to remember the miracles in the mundane.

Open to all genders. No partner needed.

This is a grounded, self-paced approach to Tantra. No nudity. No sexual practices. Just space to reconnect with yourself and others through curiosity, presence and play.

Please bring:

  • A journal and pen
  • Comfortable clothing (there will be some movement, yet loose clothing works if you’re not in the mood for spandex)
  • A curious, open mind
  • Your full, authentic self, just as you are 🙂

This workshop is open to all genders. You do not need a partner. Just a willingness to explore what intimacy can mean when it’s rooted in presence: into-me-I-see.
