This is a brand-new program at shefayoga Venice, designed to prepare you to teach our signature Strength & Flow classes. Combining the fluidity and mindfulness of vinyasa yoga with the strength and intensity of functional fitness and weights, Strength & Flow offers a dynamic, full-body experience that leaves students feeling strong, balanced, and energized.
Strength & Flow is a full-body workout that combines yoga, cardio, and strength training with hand weights. It’s designed to help build muscle, improve flexibility, and boost cardiovascular health. Using light to medium weights, Strength & Flow focuses on toning and strengthening while keeping the movements fluid and purposeful.
Taking this training provides an exclusive opportunity to audition for the very first team of Strength & Flow trainers at shefayoga Venice, the largest yoga studio in Los Angeles.
Meet Your Instructor: Morgan Zion
Morgan Zion brings over a decade of teaching experience to this training. As the lead teacher in Seattle studios, Morgan has mastered the art of combining strength, grace, and intentional movement in every class. A former collegiate athlete, Morgan has trained in a variety of disciplines, including weightlifting, HIIT, Pilates, barre, boxing, and MMA. Her expertise, energy, and creative approach to fitness make her classes both empowering and inspiring.

This training will teach you:
- The key principles of Strength & Flow, including class structure, alignment, and effective cueing.
- How to integrate strength training, cardio, and yoga seamlessly into a class.
- Proper use of light to medium weights to optimize toning and strengthening.
- Techniques for crafting powerful and balanced sequences.
- How to create an energizing environment using music and mindful instruction.
At the end of this training, you’ll receive two signature Strength & Flow sequences designed to help you confidently lead classes while making them your own.
Training Details:
In-Person Training: 6 hours with Morgan Zion, the creator of Strength & Flow.

Class Requirement: You must take 3 Strength & Flow classes exclusively with Morgan Zion at shefayoga Venice before completing the training.
Teach-Back Session: A 20-minute teach-back session (via Zoom or in-person) will be scheduled after your training and class requirements are complete.
