Dan Ward 200 hour YTT – January 3 – March 9, 2025
Let’s get down to brass tacks as we break down the fundamentals of the yoga practice.
The poses: how to practice and teach the building blocks of the yoga practice
The sequences: put the pieces together for maximum desired effect. Learn why tried and true formulas work and also be inspired to innovate based on your personal experience.
The philosophy: learn the essential underpinning of the yoga practice. Understand why yogic thought has endured over thousands of years (at least!)
The history: get clued in to where yoga came from and how it has evolved, adapted and been reimagined over time.
The ethics: wise up on how to practice and teach yoga for the right reasons and in a proper manner.
The business: get the lay of the land of today’s yoga scene and learn how to approach the real world issues that arise in teaching yoga in a capitalist system.
The teaching: by the end of training, you’ll create a class and teach it to your fellow trainees.
The community: bond with people locally and all over the world in a hybrid training that allows a group to get to know each other and BE THERE for each other on our seekers’ journey.
