Starting Friday April 2nd, weekly class led by Licensed Occupational Therapist and Registered Yoga instructor, Keith Dumont. Accepting all insurances. Requires a referral for Occupational Therapy from a Physician or Naturopath. Short evaluation required before attending classes, if using insurance.

Open to all levels. The class will focus on breath awareness and mindful movement. Each pose will be tailored to the individual present in the class with options for different variations to find steadiness and ease throughout the sequence. The class is led by a skilled Occupational Therapist with an in-depth understanding of your diagnosis and area of pain to ensure safety and provide modifications when necessary. Guaranteed to increase strength and flexibility throughout the entire body while ending with a final relaxation to calm the mind.

Keith Dumont is a Licensed Occupational Therapist and Registered Yoga Instructor. Keith has taught Yoga and practiced as an Occupational Therapist in New York City, San Antonio, California, Hawaii, Seattle, and currently resides in Venice, CA. Keith believes pain is avoidable and often incorporates yoga therapy into his OT practice. He strives to instill and empower his clients with the skills to heal themselves through proper breathing, posture, body mechanics, nutrition, positive thoughts, and relaxation.

Keith has experience treating a wide range of diagnoses including low back pain, cervicalgia, plantar fasciitis, kyphosis, sciatica, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Scoliosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Fractures, shoulder impingement, lateral and medial epicondylitis, Trigger finger, Radiculopathy, migraines, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
